is there a link between arthritis inflammation and wheat?
I have just read dr J Dadamos book on eating for your blood type and arthritis–has anyone had sucess with this diet? I am staying away from chicken-wheat and corn (according to my blood type….
There have been a few studies done to look at the connection between arthritis and gluten. If you have an autoimmune inflammatory arthritis, gluten can be harmful, but it can also be fine.
I would do more research before removing a food group from your diet. It can often be harmful.
