Works Does glucosamine cream as effective as pills to treat arthritis?
I'm eating the glucosamine pill, but I'm intends to apply the cream glucosamine affected areas such as knees and fingers as a complementary treatment to improve my joints. But it really work? Any firsthand experience? Please share with me.
I use a cream that has glucosamine in it and it really helps stop the pain. You would be better to combine the pills and cream. I have attached a link where you can read the cream I use. This is the first cream that really stops the pain for me. I have fibromyalgia.
