Help bulging disc in his neck and arthritis of the spine?
My husband was just diagnosed with arthritis of the spine vertebral disc and two bulging in his neck. It is only 43 years old and in very good health in addition to occasional neck pain. His doctor told us that there is nothing he can do to help the pain in addition to drugs against pain, it was prescribed, or surgery, of course. Ahhh .. No Thanks … I do not agree at all. I think there is something else … as a special pillow, exercise and stretching …. Hot compresses and cold, massage …. And maybe more. A chiropractor is out of question. Maybe acupuncture. If you have any tips or know of something that could help his situation, please help. Even if a website or a book of information that I have read about. Thank you.
