What is wrong with my wrist?
What is wrong with my wrist? Im trying to understand what the question is if I can take care of myself. I do not have health insurance, so I'm open to any ideas. Herbs, OTC, nothing. Symptoms: constant pain, cramps, muscle spasms rare few stitches, joint pain, temporary loss of movement. Im sure it has something to do with arthritis, but I didn't know if anyone had specific rituals or treatments that seemed to work for this specific problem. IVE always been in my right wrist, but since my last job he got worsen. I was spent 8 hours straight on a computer all day. now cramps in my fingers, hand, wrist, forearm and elbow. Needless to say, I do not work there anymore. I try to use a splint on the wrist and the use of hand minimally. Suggestions??? THANK YOU.
Here is a way to release your wrist in a part of this Pain: For wrist: Do you hand and fingers half closed. Take your hand and press the thumb in the area where they take your pulse and press evil and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and do not tense up any part of your body. After 30 seconds, slowly open the hand all the way and open your fingers all the way. Remove the pressure, but holding hands as if for a minute. When I was on the computer for a while, I to shake my hands on my head and make some opening and closing my fingers to keep the circulation going well. I'm really into it when I feel my fingers "heavy" as they fill up and need to get rid of the junk before it settles in.
