Bathing in Epsom salts, then exercise after? ?
If I had to have someone with arthritis to bathe in the salts Epsom for 20 minutes … Would it be wise to do exercises and then to prevent congestion in the joints? This link says to do http://www.herb.co.za/herb-remedies/epsombath.htm ….
If the person had osteoarthritis so I could see the benefits of a hot bath to warm the joints before you make a little light range of movements, exercises. The hot bath will increase blood flow to the areas and reduce pain, while the following year would be around the joint fluid and act to lubricate the joint and keep your range of motion.
