severe leg pain, can not walk???
Hello! I have a friend who is in his 50s. She had slight pain in the leg for the last few years. Now the pain has intensified and cannot put weight on it! His right leg used to support any in fact any weight. The pain of his foot to the hip. Very intense. It was doctors in Eastern Europe, where she lives, but nobody can give a diagnosis or treatment. (She tried physical therapy, but it didn't helped at all.) Any suggestions for a diagnosis? It were no injuries, no current life trauma, not digestion, skin or other issues. His only symptom seems to be intense pain in the leg. Is this a symptom of a disease or simply arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis? She said that pain is the whole leg, however, are not specifically the joint. Thank you for the help! Kelly
I highly recommend it Sciatic Nerve've checked to see if it is compromised everywhere. It will have an MRI to see anything, that X-rays do not pick up the soft tissue damage like that. The sciatic nerve runs from the middle of your back at once hip, down the thigh and knee, shin across your foot and through to your foot to your big toe. I know this seems unlikely, but it may have a herniated or ruptured disc in his lower back that is pressing the nerve. I know because that's exactly what happened to me arrived and we were baffled for a long time because I had no back pain and as your friend any type of trauma. This nerve is so great as when compromise at any point the symptoms can be moved. My pain started with the hip and mild pain in the legs also. I also had all my pain in my right leg only. Unless the pressure is removed from the sciatic nerve is nothing like a physical therapy might work. For I made it worse. I now suffer permanent sciatic nerve damage because it took so long to diagnose my problem that the nerve has been damaged too. If this is, I know that your friend is suffering because it has never been a way I could describe this horrible pain. Please refer my best wishes and good luck! You can send me an email if you have any questions that may help you.
