Can a person suffering from arthritis do gym workouts?

will gym workouts it cause more damage to the joints?
Im 23 years old and suffer from joint pains especially on my knees.
im suspected of having rheumatoid arthritis.

Actually exercise is wonderful for arthritis but it still does hurt. It takes time so I wouldn’t recommend a lot of cardio but low impact stuff. And most places have a pool where you have the buoyancy of the water to do exercises that really do help. Check your local YMCA and see what they have available
