The weight loss ….. how much is too much?
I had taken prednisone for years as a part of my arthritis Dr. regimine for me. In January '05 I took off from Turkey cold (no, you should not do this without consulting a doctor) and in the last 17 months, I lost a total of 80 + Lbs. (I am a 5'6 "women of high, just had my 50 years). … My question is how is too much? I have loose skin on my arm abdomen, chest, thighs. I do not think that this loose skin can be carried away … nobody knows? I have rheumatoid arthritis serious, I'm on disability, and certainly can not afford plastic surgery. Because of my arthritis, I do little or no exercise. (My left knee and right elbow are "Contract" – the members are bent and will not straighten without replacement joints). No exercise means very little muscle mass under the skin. I was says I look thin in the neck and shoulders (And I'm down to 133 lbs. Sz 8 from a cup 16). What can I do to build muscle and not myself not hurt?
Well, I have some advice for you fitness, he hopes to help
