The swelling is from a flare up of the RA. The fatigue is from the RA & the fibromyalgia. You might also be depressed Which will add to your fatigue. Inertia feeds on itself.
I often feel like I can sleep all day also. I’m now going for physical therapy 2X/week & it helps my energy level.
I was originally diagnosed with RA though I only had swelling & weakness in my hands & a high sed rate. This was before people believed in Fibromyalgia!!
Now I’m treated for Fibromyalgia. I also have hypothyroidism; depression & anxiety; IBS.
My best to you.
