Rheumatoid arthritis?

I do have arthritis. I just try to understand why I have chest pain and so .. I know it may accumulate in the lungs and heart and all, I just wanted to know if this was normal or if I need to get this control .. So, I'm fourteen years old. I have dealt with very severe pain for about three years, but it was fairly my whole life. Now, I deal with joint pain very intense, very deep and muscular pain. I began to have chest pain strange who are around my sternum, but most of my upper chest. And sometimes when I have these pains in the chest, there is also pain in the abdomen. Does anyone know why I'm having all sorts of weird pains in places that are not my joints?
