I have a friend who was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She is in quarantine and his work does not require it to stay on his feet most of the day. I know this is not a curable condition but I was wondering if anyone could share with me some tips on how to mitigate some of the symptoms (without drugs). Thank you in advance.
