Help, anyone 29 and older, do you suffer from this?

Lately I have noticed a lot of swelling in my joints and I fell a crushing pain in my chest bones whenever I move suddently, sneeze, or hold my kids. I had an x-ray done and I was referred to a rheumatologist. Apparently, I have signs of arthritis. Is this the end of the world? I’m too young. To make matters worse, my husband already has rheumatoid arthritis. Anyone with real answers is welcomed.
