How do I take care of my body better?
Well, I'm 17, and since I'm about 10 I received a diagnosis of arthritis rheumetoid. I spent every day since then with massive amounts of pain in every joint of my toes to my neck. I can not move as I would be able for my age. I can not bend my knees the whole way. I tried to exercise, I tried to go to therapy physics. I was put on medicine. Nothing really. I just want to be normal, I lived most of my life in pain and discomfort. I want to be able to be fit and take a jog through the streets without coming home crying in pain. Advice or assistance if please?
Awww, the Hon. I'm so sorry. People I know with rheumatoid arthritis bad produce images of such assistance. I think they were steroids, but I'm not sure. Yoga helps with my pain level and a little flexibility. A class does not match my peak "Hours (hours when I'm not tired or in pain already), so I use the Wii Fit. This is not a panacea, it helps a little. Eating Right always helps, of course. And the other thing I can think of acupuncture, or better yet, a unit of dozens. Both are supposed to interrupt the signals pain in the brain, without major side effects. I hope you have a specialist! If not, please your GP you are referring to, or find a! Your case looks much too severe for the average MD.
