How do i get rid of the stiffness around my legs?
The back of my legs always feel stiff and this somewhat prevents me from a good leg workout. Either cardio or squats or anything else leg related.
I guess it’s because of sitting most of the morning and afternoon at work, but what kind of exercises can I do to get rid of the stiffnesses or stretches if not exercises?
i see your a man so i’m not sure if you will take this advice but honestly yoga does wonders for your body and because of the stretching and strengthening benefits it really does help your overall performance when it comes to working out and other things…
